This DTCP-approved and RERA-registered project encompasses 213 residential plots within a secure community, sprawled over 10.7 acres of land and offering more than 40 world-class amenities. Notably, the project boasts its strategic location, situated in close proximity to Trichy Road, a vital artery connecting the city to prominent destinations like Singanallur Bus Terminus and Sulur Air Force Station. It also provides easy access to the eastern and southeastern suburbs of the Coimbatore metropolitan area, including Singanallur, Ramanathapuram, Ondipudur, Chinthamanipudur, Sulur, and Karanampettai.
G Square Orion will play a pivotal role in the burgeoning development of the region, coinciding with initiatives like the forthcoming Defence park, covering an initial 420 acres, with a goal of attracting domestic manufacturing worth 1.25 lakh crore over the next three years. Additionally, a private company is spearheading a biodiversity park featuring over 300 plant varieties, rare trees, herbal and aquatic plants, walking trails, children's play equipment, outdoor gym facilities, a mini library, metal art installations, and a volleyball court, fostering a sense of community living.
Further enhancing the locale, TIDCO (Tamil Nadu Industrial Development Corporation) has proposed a 200-acre Aerospace Industrial Park in Sulur, expected to draw major Aviation and Defence (A&D) Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and their sub-tier partners for manufacturing facilities.
