This DTCP-approved and RERA-registered project encompasses 213 residential plots within a secure community, sprawled over 10.7 acres of land and offering more than 40 world-class amenities. Notably, the project boasts its strategic location, situated in close proximity to Trichy Road, a vital artery connecting the city to prominent destinations like Singanallur Bus Terminus and Sulur Air Force Station. Further enhancing the locale, TIDCO (Tamil Nadu Industrial Development Corporation) has proposed a 200-acre Aerospace Industrial Park in Sulur, expected to draw major Aviation and Defence (A&D) Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and their sub-tier partners for manufacturing facilities.
