The nation's goal of doubling its auto industry's size to Rs. 15 lakh crores by 2024, coupled with substantial foreign direct investment (FDI) inflows of $33.77 billion into the sector, underscores its strategic alignment with the global electric vehicle industry. This industry has the potential to create five crore jobs by 2030 while attracting significant local and foreign investments.
